Beard Papa’s started in 1999 as a small bakery in Osaka, Japan. People in the town couldn’t resist the aroma from the cream puffs, or the kind face of the owner, Yuji Hirota. His fluffy white beard was so renowned that he became known as “Beard Papa” to all of his regular customers. The company has now expanded to over 400 stores in 15 countries! We are committed to bringing a smile and Japanese oishii! (delicious!) to the world.
